What To Expect
Zodra alle gasten aan boord zijn bevestigd, zijn we klaar om te vertrekken
Vervolgens steken we het Anguilla-kanaal over naar onze eerste stop. Je kunt je iPod aansluiten en onderweg naar deuntjes luisteren. We hebben drankjes aan boord: frisdrank, water en bier.
Eerst gaan we naar Anguilla's beroemdste, eindeloze, witte zandstrand, Cap Juluca, ook bekend om zijn vijfsterren luxeresort dat eigendom is van de Belmond-groep. Onderweg steken we over van de Nederlandse kant van het eiland naar de Franse kant onder de Sandy Ground Bridge, langs Marigot met alle privé zeilboten aangemeerd in de baai en het historische Fort Louis met uitzicht op de stad. Het is een korte rit naar Friars Bay en Happy Bay, twee duidelijk verschillende baaien naast elkaar. De ene is een hotspot voor de lokale bevolking en toeristen, beroemd om zijn volle maanfeesten, de andere, verlaten en onaangeroerd.

Sandy Island
Van daaruit vertrokken we naar Sandy Island. Het is de perfecte plek om rustig te zwemmen en snorkelen, en om je eetlust op te bouwen, want de lunch wacht op ons bij Da Vida's Beach Side Grill. Hun lunchmenu is het lekkerst, bereid met de meest verse ingrediënten en biedt een verscheidenheid aan strandklassiekers, waaronder salades, hamburgers, sandwiches, wraps en grote voorgerechten zoals BBQ-kip, ribben, gegrilde vis, biefstuk en rivierkreeft of kreeft. We zullen je lunch vooraf voor je bestellen, zodat je niet hoeft te wachten op het BBQ-en, wat behoorlijk lang kan duren als ze druk zijn. Kies uit hun lunchmenu en laat ons weten wat je wilt dat we bestellen.

Als je de laatste slokjes van je rum punch drinkt, kun je het beste aan zee genieten, vanuit een van da'Vida's comfortabele strandstoelen, hun brede parasols die je beschermen tegen de sterke, warme Caribische zon op het prachtige Crocus-strand.

Little Bay
Geniet van een smakelijke, ontspannende lunch, geniet van een paar drankjes, geniet van de zon en terug op de boot gaan we richting Little Bay. De schoonheid, de rust, de rust, het ongerepte land, een waar stukje paradijs.
Little Bay maakt deel uit van het zeereservaat en uw stop hier om te zwemmen met zeeschildpadden is een ervaring om nooit te vergeten. Je zou hier de hele middag kunnen doorbrengen en toch nooit klaar zijn om te vertrekken. Er gaat niets boven op zee zijn, zwemmen in het warme, heldere water, op te merken is dat het water hier altijd kalm is en perfect voor degenen die een beetje nerveus zijn om te zwemmen.

Op de terugweg maken we een stop bij Long Bay, La Samanna Terre Basse (St Martins eigen Hollywood) met zijn herenhuizen op de kliffen.

Great trip! Captain and 1st mate were excellent. Sammy and Diane I believe their names were. It was open bar from the moment we left the dock, Water, Soda, and Heineken, plenty of beer for the 18 person group for the day. The lunch is included and was very good with plenty of choices at the beach Restaurant. On the way back Rum Punch was also flowing along with the tunes as we hammered down back to St Maarten. The only thing that would have been better would have been pulling right up to the beach, at each stop we anchored in about 10' deep water, though the crew had life vests or pool noodles to help swim your way onto shore. Great value, great service would Highly recommend!

Our boat ride with Diane and Sammy was terrific. They were very experienced and made sure the passengers were safe and well taken care of - cold beverages were provided and we had lunch at a fun restaurant. The beaches are beautiful and the water is stunning. Snorkeling was fun too. When we could go fast on the boat - it was thrilling and exciting - A great day!

Great day speed boat touring to Anguilla beaches… Capt Nicolas & Yonas (sorry if spell wrong) were very informative on everything around us. We would highly recommend this boat trip & upon returning we were going by our complex where we stayed and they brought boat in closer to beach we on boat all waved to my family who took great pic of us on the water it was awesome

What an awesome experience! Captain and his co-captain were very informative and knowledgeable. Most importantly they made sure we had fun and we’re safe. Would definitely hop on their boat again when back. Trip was amazing and lots of swimming, site seeing and snorkeling.

Nico and Frankie's expertise, good humor, and thoughtfulness made this daylong trip memorable. Choppy conditions necessitated some adjustments to the planned itinerary, but we were able to swim at four different, and lovely, Anguilla beaches. Snorkeling gear, noodles, life jackets are all available. Lunch sandwiches were delicious, and the drinks were plentiful. Note that, at least in the weather/sea conditions we were in, you do get wet WHEREVER you sit in the boat! It's all part of the experience. Thanks for a wonderful day!

The captain and guide were wonderful! Very knowledgeable, responsible, helpful... everything you could ask for! Plenty of water, beer and rum punch offered.
Our group didn’t have luck with the weather, nothing in the tour providers control. The boat ride as a result was VERY rough, expect to get wet on the boat from the waves splash back. Take a thin wind breaker jacket with you. Due to the rough waters we ran out of time and didn’t visit all the beaches up close.
My one real complaint is that there are no docks, and you have to plunge yourself into the water past your waist. So if you are planning a photoshoot on the beach, bring a waterproof camera. Unfortunately, I did not. The crew tried to get slightly closer to help me out but the boat couldn’t go up too far for safety reasons. Because it’s February and happened to be on a rainy, colder day... I’m sure i would enjoy this excursion far more if it was a hot day.
Also... lobster was not a menu option ..... don’t know why it’s in the “what to expect”
